Linlithgow Bridge. Yes, well, it’s a bridge. Near Linlithgow. I cross it when I’m going to Homebase… There’s not much more to say about it, is there?

It turns out that there is quite a lot more to say. According to www.bolb.org.uk/, Linlithgow Bridge was the site of a battle in 1526 – a battle featuring over 15,000 men .

I probably would not have investigated this in any way unless I wanted to write up a blurb to go with this picture. And I probably wouldn’t have taken the picture without the Project 365!
