The wall on the approach to Linlithgow Palace, has a set of paques, tracing the kings and queens of Britain from Mary Queen of Scots to the present Queen.

The entrance itself is surmounted by four Royal crests, picked out in gold relief.

It’s a great place to visit… pity it was closed today!
