Just before Christmas 2010, a friend of mine was waiting at the bus station to collect his wife on her way home from work.

While he was standing awaiting her bus, a car driver appears to have lost control of her vehicle, and hit a metal post in the ground. this post came loose, and hit him.

His right arm was broken in the process, along with him taking a fair old thump on the left side of his face and body as he fell to the ground.

He was able to buy a disc of the X-rays of his arm. This evening he held his arm up and I photographed it, then merged the X-ray on top of it. You can clearly see the massive plates in the two bones, along with the scar from the operation.

Ouch!
