Falkirk Football Club has a very successful outreach programme where they try to get local kids involved in the game from an early age. Cameron has been going to Saturday morning classes that they run for the past couple of years or so.
Today, however, they held a footballathon – all of the Saturday morning classes got to play against each other on the real Falkirk football pitch.
Scotland, they say, is a land where you can experience all four seasons in one day. Well, that was certainly true today. One minute f/6.3, 1/1250th second, the next cold, overcast and very rainy.
Cameron was in goals in this shot, and made a great save… Meanwhile I was wondering whether my poor 350D would survive the event! (That’s how my Pro1 went – I loved that camera)
