Another programme photograph for "Chess". Once again, the aim was to avoid the typical "smiley" photographs and have pictures that are more in tune with the sombre tone that dominates this wonderful musical.

And so here we have Mark and Michael, playing Walter (the American intelligence agent) and Molokov (his Soviet counterpart) respectively.

from a technical point of view, I was rather pleased with this one. The background is just a black wall, I had a single 100W strobe high up shooting into a brolly.

Tell you what, though. The programme printer is going to hate me! 🙂
