2011-03-30 Inverkeithing Railway Bridge

At the southern end of Fife, just before a southbound train reaches the Forth Rail Bridge, it crosses this bridge.

The railway line here is disrupted surprisingly often by high vehicles hitting the underside of the bridge, but it seems to survive.

What I liked about this was the pattern of the girders, criss-crossing as they take the strain of the train…
