The good folk at Life Fit Physiotherapy in Grangemouth have helped me through several niggles in my running career. Now they are expanding into Falkirk, and opening a “Wellness Centre”. This has physiotherapy facilities, conventional and alternative practitioners, group and solo exercise classes and various other facilities.. .And they had this skeleton, which I couldn’t resist!..Today they held an open day where I had a very bracing sports massage and a very hard Core Fit class. Core exercises were missing from my last marathon training, and I can be in, do this class and back home inside an hour… it may be tempting to keep going with this class.
