2024-02-21 (Day 052) The Old Bridge

There is something magical about black and white pictures. Somehow your attention is drawn to them, and they look … significant. Maybe we’re spending all our lives having over-saturated images thrown at us, excessively coloured and shouting for our attention. Take that colour away and that negative space attracts the eye.

I don’t know, but it does seem to me as if this high-contrast black and white image summarises a wet and windy morning more than a bright Kodacolor moment would do!
