This is Downing Point, in Dalgety Bay.

When I lived in the Bay I used to like coming here for some quiet time, to sit and relax as I listened to the sounds of the waves washing around me.

The pole at the end indicates that there is a subsea cable here, presumably coming from Edinburgh, across the river.
