With a day free, I had no idea what I wanted to do… so I went for a drive. The density of tech companies in this area is stunning.

While driving around, I stumbled on Stanford University, and so went for a wander around.

It’s a very pretty place – I can see a lot of appeal in campus Universities – so different from most Scottish Unis.

Anyway, this is the Hoover Tower, near the centre of the University.
