And so today’s lessons include that old classic: when you are posing for a photo with your lovely shiny new medal, make sure the front of the medal can be seen.

Oh well, never mind.

Today saw the Bannockburn 10k, a lovely race through beautiful countryside. I really enjoyed it, even if I was so exhausted by the end that I couldn’t hold my medal the right way out!
