
This anchor nestles quietly in a corner of the Rosyth Parish Church’s yard. A plaque says that the anchor was unveiled by the Princess Royal in 1996.
Rosyth is of course a port town, and the anchor symbolises its association with the sea. It makes for a rather nice focal point for the photo too.
Our rehearsals for "Chess" are held in teh hall that you can see at the right of the picture. Once again, I suspect that this picture would have been better if I had been able to blur the background a little more. But I only had my point and shoot with me, so this is what I got!
