This is the Forth Road Bridge from the north end. When there are strong winds, the bridge gets a speed limit on it, then various categories of vehicle are banned from using the bridge.

Today, it was just a speed limit – the traffic kept moving, which must count as some kind of victory for the people whose job it is to ensure that the traffic continues to flow.
