Today I took part in the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon, a run of 13.1 miles around Glasgow city centre.

I won’t go into huge detail about it – I have written an (excessively?) extensive blog at hamrunning.thepotters.org/2013/10/great-scottish-run-2013…, but I will say I was delighted to get a personal best for the half marathon of 1:43:29!
