A routine blood test tomorrow means that I have to fast this evening. No food, and if I want to wash that “no food” down with something to drink, it will be a nice glass of rioj… I mean water…Since I’ve already had my dinner, I wouldn’t normally be eating this evening. And it’s a school day tomorrow, so I probably wouldn’t be drinking either. But there’s nothing to make you fancy a snack or a glass of wine as much as being told yuo’ve not to have one!
