2014-03-08 (Day 067) Kettlestoun Mains

I founfd a new place to go running today, and also to take photographs. Kettlestoun Mains in Linlithgow was a quarry, but has now been converted into some form of nature reserve. It’s muddy and thorny – if I want to go running here I’ll need trail shoes and something to protect my legs – but it’s pwetty…..In the background here is the Linlithgow Bridge railway viaduct, on the main Glasgow to Edinburgh railway line. So far all I have been able to discover about it is that it is a Category A Listed bbuilding, built in 1842, but I’ll keep searching!
