The sun was glorious on the way to the office this morning, so I stopped in the hope I could get a nice snap at the canal. This is what I ended up with…It looked a rather pleasant pastime, this canal barging lark. The folk on the boat were sitting cooking breakfast; the smells were of fresh bacon and the sounds were of birdsong. It didn’t make it easy to go in to work!
