Today started badly when I tried to take some photographs at the ice rink only to find that my acmera’s batteries were at home…

After that, things got better when I went to rehearsals for Aida! This show is not the Verdi opera, but is that same story retold by Elton John and Sir Tim Rice. The music is modern and covers a wide range of styles, the actors, singers and dancers are great, all organised by a superb production team. The end result is that this is going to be an amazing show – a true special event!
