Callendar Park, in the centre of Falkirk, was looking bonny in the early morning sunshine as I went along for my first Parkrun in ages. I did better than I had expected to, and even looked reasonably fresh when race photographer Adrian Moodie snapped me here.

My official time for this 5k run was 24:38 – about which I am very happy 🙂
