Parkrun again this morning at Callendar Park, Falkirk.

It was a chilly morning, but the sun has reached the south side of the loch. Runners walk back to their cars, bathed in glorious warmth.

But the sun hasn’t climbed high enough to touch the north side. The frost clings stubbornly on to the grass, and we wait to warm up…
