I arrived early at for rehearsal in Dunblane today, so went for a look around the city. As I got to the Cathedral the sun was getting quite low in the sky, lighting the place with warm radiance.
I got the trusty G7X out, but found that I was sadly short of a memory card for the little camera. So instead I used my phone which, with a little help from Topaz Adjust, managed to do a fair job of capturing the (deliberate) lens flare.
The Cathedral itself was originally built in the 11th century. with significant further works in the 13, 15th and 19th centuries.
