This morning, as part of #RunEveryDay, I was at Falkirk Parkrun. This is a weekly timed 5k run through Callendar Park, and it always attracts a good attendance.

The atmosphere is always great, the park is simply beautiful, and it’s great to see the number of people, from a massive ability range, all coming along to enjoy their run on a Saturday morning.
