The weather has been pretty awful here today – strong winds and heavy rain throughout the day.

I was preparing to head out to the Falkirk Wheel for a photo – that may come later in the week – when I saw some beautiful light shining on the houses outside. So I rushed round to the cricket pitch, where I was unexpectedly rewarded with a decent sunset.

Back in the house now, cosy and warm as I listen to the rain and wind howling outside
