I had other plans for today – after all, I may have photographed the Palace once or twice before – but when I saw the way the golden hour light was striking it today, I couldn’t resist.

You’ve got to be sorry for the sheep, though. There’s the palace, bathed in lovely sunshine, and they’re sitting in the cold, out of the sunshine and freezing.

Poor lambs.
