This photo shouldn’t work. I have others from today that are far sharper and far beter, and yet.. this was the one I keep coming back to

There’s something about the cones of light coming from the street lamps being highlighted by the falling gentle (but cold) rain. And the car lights, blurred by the rain and by the vehicle’s movement.
