An emergency dash to Nottingham today to give Jenni her laptop, which has come back from repair.

I got up early and drove to the airport, from which I flew to East Midlands. A bus journey from there took me to the town centre, and after that I met up with Jenni and we had a pleasant day together.

Repeating the operation in reverse saw me home on the right side of midnight – a busy day!
