Stopping at the filling station today made me start thinking about the supply chain that brings us what we need, and the interconnectedness of things. How dependent we are on a multitude of interlocking systems to bring us what we need – how ludicrous it would be to think that this could all be centrally planned, how amazing it is that people have managed to make it all work.
