So I don’t often post running pics on my 365 – I tend to post them on Strava instead – but I made an exception today. The clear blue sky, the green grass and the the white surface of the frozen-over canal came together rather wonderfully and made me happy.

This was my first longer-distance run for a long time – nine miles – and tonight I am completely exhausted!
