This is Grangemouth as seen from the Kincardine Bridge. I do not know what all the various chimneys and towers do, but I do know that they are one of Scotland’s most important industrial sites. As we see that the refinery is going to change into an import terminal, I do very much hope that the Scottish and UK governments can get their act together to secure replacement investment for the site.
