This swing bridge is at the Union Canal just west of Tesco, in Reddingmuirhead, From the little I can find about it online, it appears that it gave access to the Nobel’s Explosives factory on the south bank of the canal, now replaced by housing. Whether the bridge might ever be made usable again, I do not know – but it does look fascinating and it would be lovely to see it swing round to cross the canal.
