I was near Drumpellier Park today, and stopped in to look for a photo. A bunch of birds was being fed near the car park, and I thought that they might prove a decent subject. As I got closer to them, the birds mostly went away from me, as you would expect. Except this one. S/he didn’t just fail to retreat, but clearly felt that I owed her some food and she was going to pursue me for it.

As I walked towards the car park, s/he kept following me. I mean, I didn’t want to run and lose all my dignity, but what do you do when a swan is menacing you for treats?

Lesson learned.
