In spite of the less-than-appealing weather I went out for a run today, mostly to have a look to see what was going on in Nicolton Road – this is the single track road that connects Rumford with the M9, and is currently closed.

So there is development work going on at the northern half of this road. I haven’t looked at the details of the plans to see exactly how far up the hill this work is going to go, and whether the farm that these sheep are living in will be spared.
