I haven’t been to parkrun for ages, so when I found that I had to get up early to take Marie to her work I thought I would give it a go. It went much better than I had expected, with a time just under 30 minutes. Let’s hope I can get there more often in future.

It was apparently the warmest day of the year so far, and was really lovely to get out in the sunshine!
