I had to take my car in for service and MoT today. I hadn’t booked a courtesy car, and while the garage would have been able to take me to Ingliston Park and Ride, they were not able to take me to a railway station. Guess they’re focused on customers going into Edinburgh, not those staying outside of the city.

Anyway, I had to get a taxi to the station. Apart from the eye-watering expense, one thing that caught my eye was these tracks. Not for trains, but for the Edinburgh trams. My eye was caught by the lines, initially appearing to converge on infinity, but then sneakily turning off to the north, not giving the eye the resolution it would have expected.
