Another little bit of Parkrun tourism, this time just a few miles south of me at Polkemmet Country Park. This is a lovely run , with a couple of laps of a central section plus an intro and outro. Quite hilly, it was tiring, but the folk there seemed lovely and friendly. The run goes past the golf course – Bathgate golf course? – and it did seem that golfing was a much more relaxing pastime than running!

Though to be fair, golfing is probably far worse for one’s mental health…
