This is another of these occasions when my daughter has a great idea and I wonder "why didn’t I think of that?"

What she suggested was a bit like painting with light, but in reverse. Rather than keep the camera steady and move a light, we moved the camera and caught the light from a streetlamp.

I was surprised how well it worked!
