This building site has been looking like this for several years – the best I can find on line suggests that first ground break took place in November 2010, and it has lain like this for at least a couple of years.

I do not know if the company that planned to operate the distillery is still a going concern, or whether it has folded. I hope it is the former, and that construction plans have merely been delayed. But I guess we just have to wait and see
