This mobile phone mast appeared back in the summer of 2023. It’s big!

What’s really interesting is that it apparently doesn’t have planning permission! The people who own it – CK Hutchison Networks (Three) had permission to set up a mast, but apparently below-ground services meant that they had to put is somewhere different from where it was supposed to be installed!

The issue is apparently due to be discussed at Falkirk Council on Wednesday – the company has requested retrospective planning permission.

I was trying to work out what the hill to the right of the mast is. I think it’s Ben Ledi but I’m not sure. It’s certainly got a nice dusting of snow on it though.
