A look westwards from Pittenweem towards St Monans in the morning mist. The closest building is the windmill that used to power the town’s salt pans.
Closer than that are the rocks that surround the Fife coast, with their characteristic “diagonal” structure that they show. I do plan to learn more about that and share the information in a future photo.
Anyway, the mist lasted all day, and by the time I was driving home it was pretty dense – it made for a slow journey!
