Caley the Highland Coo is a sculpture by Richard Sutcliffe, and she lives at the west end of Pittenweem village down at the shore.

I did try to find more about her at her maker’s web site, https://artfe.co.uk, but in the time available I haven’t been able to find anything. I do know that she has a partner coo in Mid Shore, Bill the Bull. Bill and Caley look to have been made from similar techniques, which involve steel strips 30 x 3mm which are galvanised, acid washed and primed before being connected to the bovine’s skeleton
