Two or three weeks ago this would have been a sunrise photo, with bright orange fire between the trees. Now we have moved on, and the sun is clearly risen when I go to work. But today was a beautiful morning, clear and calm, with barely a breath of wind. The canal was smooth as glass, and a mottled sky allowed lots of blue to show through. A lovely morning.
