At the front of the scheme where I live there is a row of bushes, all apparently the same. And every year one of them becomes covered in this weird “caterpillar web”, inside which hundreds – or thousand, or millions – of little caterpillar eggs are laid. What it is about this specific bush, I do not know, but it seems to happen pretty reliably!
